Facebook has just bought Gowalla, Foursquare’s main geolocalization social network competitor, in a clear move to mainstream the mobile and geolocalization tendency in social media.
This just supports my theory that says that Google + made it too late to the social networking arena and won’t be able to ever reach Facebook’s number of users.
With the buyout of Gowalla Facebook just gets stronger and bigger and the dreams of Google to make its recently born but booming social network Google + the most used in the web just becomes more difficult if perhaps impossible.
